The suggested fixes I've seen either do not apply, or do not fix the problem. Here’s the fix! Now, I was able to change some permissions on the Minidump folder (couldn't access them at first for some reason) and zip them up for you to look at. We wish we could do something more to help you but we can't. lol Currently overhauling the entire site.
Most replies to complaining users are not helpful, but there are appear to be some solutions to this error. Since I bought the (two licenses) of Alcohol 120%, and it only works on ONE of the TWO computers that I purchased it for, I just ASSUMED that Alcohol Soft would I ran the SFCFix tool but it didn't find any issues after the process finished. After MUCH trial and research, it appears to be a problem between the SPTD driver and HP LAPTOP COMPUTERS.
