Thankis for your patience!Your UEFI/BIOS (version F7) dates from 2011. windows hangs after exiting the game, only way to fix is to hard reset the pc, since even the task manager isn't responding, which i don't like doing. Except twice now after exiting the game I've had issues of the screen going blue (not blue screen of death) and a pop up box claiming the program has stopped working. Go to the Hearthstone Build on your computer (you can use the Show in Explorer option from the Battle.net app) Right click the Hearthstone.exe and go to properties.

However the blue screen kept happening, usually when playing games (have happened in GTA V, LoL, Hearthstone) but sometimes even when watching a youtube video, or a movie.

If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service. I tried running Synsative FileCollection app but its stuck on Gathering Network Statistics for the past 20 minutes.
