The flash drives work fine in other compurers and other usb toys like printer and portable hard drives work fine on this computer. It?s also possible to simply delete the devices registry keys instead of renaming it. Go figure. So wooooo first post~!

Also could be some issue with the AV software, the automatic USB scan may be crashing. In this case, double click on each remaining registry key values to view its binary data.
