I have and they asked--reasonably in my opinion--to see if we could troubleshoot it to make certain what the problem is. klupd_klif_klbg.sys - this driver hasn't been added to the DRT as of this run. There was a blue screen in the middle of the uninstall process (how suspicious), but after restarting I was able to finish unistalling the rest of kaspersky. What else can I do to help? (and thanks). If we can pinpoint the driver that is causing the BSODs then we know it isnt the BIOS. I am not sure how to go about doing it, do I have to update the entire program ? I recently built my first pc on my own (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit) and sometimes when i start it after sleep it crashes, shows BSoD ,then restarts and everything is back Memtest86+ I will get back to you about what the reinstall does.
Should i follow johnbl's advice ?(And something which is probably of topic and i havent find an answer: i see that my motherboard model has 3 differnet revisions. So here are my current suggestions, Uninstall Kaspersky, I know it is a very stable Anti-Virus and normally doesn't cause an issue.
